Nuria Cano Ortiz

Having moved to Toronto from her native Mexico at the age of 12, Mayte Morelos has always been proud to call this great city “home”. While studying translation at York University, Mayte also attended the Ontario Real Estate College (OREA) during her summer break. Real estate proved to be highly interesting and Mayte continued her education, graduating from OREA in the same year she completed university. Mayte had found her calling, and her career was born.
Mayte is committed to guiding her clients through the process of buying or selling their homes. Her number one goal with every single client is to help them make the best decisions based on the information at hand and never to push them, even if the decision is not to buy or sell. She is there to counsel objectively and always has her client’s best interests at heart. Mayte provides the best advice, puts all the cards on the table, and allows them to choose.

I have been working with Real Estate for over a dozen years. Having been brought up by parents who have a wide portfolio of property investments, has given me the platform to continue the legacy and expand to teach others how to obtain, and grow with Real Estate. I currently hosts regular Real Estate investment and first home buyer’s seminars.
My philosophy of owning rather than renting has guided many of my new clients to happier, independent and wealthier lives. Expanding people's possibilities in Real Estate is my passion. Andrea is a full time Real Estate Professional. Born and raised in Hungary Andrea learned the true value of family, hard work, integrity and respect bringing these values with her to Canada upon her arrival in 2000. Andrea is fluent in both English and Hungarian. Her understanding of unique customs and traditions and respect of cultural differences has helped her build strong relationships.
Andrea is a high energy, creative, dedicated and detail oriented individual always looking after her client's best interest. She is dedicated to the delivery of personalized service protecting her clients at every step of the way.

Before she got her license in real estate (in 2012) she had her own business staging homes and helping home owners and agents sell faster and for more money in the GTA. She understands the importance of staging a home before it goes on the market and brings years of experience and a natural sense of design to assist her clients.
Alex Acosta Mendoza is a costumer service focused professional. His top priority is always to serve his clients at the highest level and go above and beyond for them. With over 8 years of experience in the renovation and remodeling business, he brings valuable insight to all his clients when it comes to finding the perfect home.
Drawing from his previous professional background, Alex understands the importance of finding the correct home for his clients while providing a stress free process and system to help them find the perfect home in the least amount of time with the least inconvenience.
